Uninstall VMware Player from ubuntu
Use ubuntu terminal, and enter your password when prompted:
sudo vmware-installer -u vmware-player
The following VMware kernel modules have been found on your system that were not installed by the VMware Installer (vmci vmnet vmmon vmblock)
